Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Weblance Studios ("Weblance", "we", or "I") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers weblancestudios.com and our design-preview pages (hosted at weblance-mockups.vercel.app).

1. Information we collect

Contact form: when you use the contact form we collect your name, email, business name, and the details of your message. Payments: handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages — we never see or store your card number. Preview pages: when someone opens a design preview we receive an anonymous "a preview was opened" signal (see Section 3). Business outreach data: see Section 5.

2. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, deliver and support the services you've engaged us for, send service and billing communications, and improve our work. We do not sell or rent personal information — ever.

3. Analytics & preview tracking

weblancestudios.com itself runs no analytics scripts. Our design-preview pages use Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless, aggregated page-view counts) and a lightweight open-notification that tells us a preview was viewed via the ntfy.sh relay — it carries only the preview's name, no identity, no cookies. Like any web request, your IP address is technically visible to the servers involved (Vercel, ntfy.sh, font/script CDNs) as part of ordinary internet routing.

4. Payments

All payments run through Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages, subject to Stripe's own privacy policy. Stripe shares with us your name, email, business name, and transaction status — not your card details. Card information is never accepted by email, phone, or text.

5. Business outreach data

As part of finding clients, we collect publicly posted business contact information (business names, publicly listed emails and phone numbers, review counts and ratings) from business websites and Google Business Profile listings, for one-to-one business outreach. This data is shared with our sending platform (Instantly) and our CRM (Notion). If you ask us to stop emailing you, we keep a minimal permanent suppression record (your email address) for exactly one purpose: making sure we never contact you again.

6. Service providers

We use a small set of processors to run the business: Formspree (contact-form delivery), Stripe (payments and billing), Vercel (website and preview hosting, web analytics), ntfy.sh (preview-open notifications), Instantly (business outreach email), Notion (CRM), and Google Workspace/Gmail (email). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

7. Cookies & signals

weblancestudios.com sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages. Preview pages use a small browser-storage flag purely to avoid double-counting repeat views. This site does not respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals — there's no cross-site tracking here for them to control.

8. Your privacy choices

Whatever state or country you're in, you can ask us to: tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Send any request to ivan@weblanceagency.com — we answer within 30 days. Deletion is honored in full, with one exception: if you've opted out of our emails we keep the suppression record (your address alone) so the opt-out itself sticks.

9. Data retention

Client records are kept for as long as we work together plus the period needed for tax and legal records. Business-outreach contact data is retained while it remains relevant to our outreach. Opt-out suppression records are kept permanently — that permanence is what makes an opt-out reliable.

10. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards: HTTPS everywhere, access limited to the owner, credentials in a password manager, and payment data never touching our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but card data staying entirely inside Stripe removes the biggest risk outright.

11. Children's privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect information from them.

12. Changes to this policy

Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes to how we handle personal information will be flagged prominently.
