Only once you've seen your finished site and decided you want it. There's no deposit and no invoice — we design the site first, you look at the real thing, and if you love it your first month ($297) is billed the day you sign up. After that it's a simple monthly subscription you can cancel anytime.

The model mostly makes refunds unnecessary: you see the finished site before you ever pay, so you're never paying on faith. Once subscribed, you can cancel anytime — cancellation stops future billing, the current month simply runs to the end of its cycle, and the site comes down. Your domain always stays yours.

Most sites are delivered within 24–48 hours from when I have everything I need from you. Larger projects (Max package, custom builds) may take a bit longer depending on complexity.

Always from scratch — no Wix, no Squarespace, no WordPress templates. Every site is hand-coded, which means it's faster, lighter, and completely unique to your brand.

Your domain is your website address — like yourbusiness.com. We'll help you get one set up and connected to your site. The domain itself (which typically costs ~$10–15/year) is included as part of your package.

Yes. Every package includes post-launch revisions. Starter gets 2 rounds, Growth has ongoing supported revisions, and Max includes full post-launch support. For bigger changes down the line, just reach out and we'll sort out a plan.

Growth and Max packages include Google Analytics setup. You'll be able to see how many people visit, where they come from, what pages they look at, and how long they stay — we set it all up for you. The Starter package doesn't include analytics.

Every site we build ships with the SEO foundation built in — clean structure, fast loading, and the code Google reads to understand your business. The monthly plan also covers ongoing SEO: a blog post, Google Business updates, and review replies every month. Ranking on the first page takes time, but the foundation is solid from day one.
